The Department has decided that project rooms at the Department of Psychology and Behavioural Sciences (PI) can be booked online by academic staff and student assistants.
Student assistants (with a psy-mail address) may book a workspace in a project room if needed in connection with their employment as student assistants. Academic staff may similarly book these rooms.
Workspaces are booked individually. The intention is not for them to be used as permanent workstations but rather booked on an hourly basis.
When booking a room, you must enter your name and psy-mail address in Outlook.
The doors are secured with keypad codes, which are changed twice a year (February and September). The current code can be obtained by contacting Gitte Arildsen (gitte@psy.au.dk).
The following rooms are available for booking:
Room 227 in building 1350 (4 workspaces)
1350-227 workspace 1
1350-227 workspace 2
1350-227 workspace 3
1350-227 workspace 4
Room 329 in building 1350 (4 workspaces)
1350-329 workspace 1
1350-329 workspace 2
1350-329 workspace 3
1350-329 workspace 4
As this is primarily about optimising room usage, it is important to cancel or reschedule your booking if you no longer need the workspace or room.
