Local liaison committee – LSU
The local liaison committee (LSU) is a collective body comprised of management and staff representatives from the department. The collaboration agreement establishes the framework for the collaboration between management and staff with the aim of involving the staff in the work involving the organisation’s strategy, goals, etc.
